What is Nimbus?

Nimbus is a digital healthcare company that provides medical diagnosis and discreet, affordable pharmacy solutions to life’s embarrassing (yet common) problems, for both men and women. Nimbus makes it easy to access these solutions when it’s convenient for you, and from the comfort of your home. We all deserve to live our best lives.

We are held to strict standards to ensure our U.S. licensed physicians treat you on a safe and secure PCI compliant website.

Are the medicines used genuine?

Yes absolutely. Nimbus uses medications from Verified-Accredited Wholesale Distributors (VAWD) and sources active prescription ingredients that are FDA approved.

What states do you service?

As of September 2020 we only service Texas

Why is Nimbus only available in certain state?

Due to telemedicine laws, a physician has to be licensed in the state where the patient is located. Nimbus’s physicians are licensed in only select states. We’re growing quickly, email support@nimbushealthcare.com so we can provide a solution and expedite treatment to your community.

How do I get started?

It’s super simple. First, log in. Then, fill out our medical questionnaire to help us understand you and your specific needs better. Our board-certified physicians will then review your answers and, upon approval, your medications will be discreetly delivered to your doorstep. Deliveries typically arrive within 2 business days once your physician has authorized your prescription.

Is telehealth legal and safe?

Yes. Nimbus’s innovative medical platform allows our licensed physicians to treat patients remotely and safely via secure chat, phone or video. Telemedicine laws allow physicians to practice medicine and prescribe medications online, when collecting accurate and truthful information from a patient. A physician will customize a treatment plan for each patient to ensure safety. The personalized treatment plan must be followed before taking any medication. A patient must adequately weigh the risks and benefits of the treatment plan after reviewing it entirely and fully understanding the content.

Can I speak to my doctor on the phone/video chat?

Yes, at any time. Physician messaging is available on the login page. To speak directly with a physician, contact our customer service team, and we’ll get it arranged right away. Just email support@nimbushealthcare.com or call (530) 625-8172.

Who are the doctors prescribing medications for Nimbus?

Nimbus utilizes a knowledgeable team of US-licensed and board-certified physicians.

Do I need to pick up my medication from a pharmacy?

Only if you would like to. After your evaluation with one of our board-certified physicians, your medications will arrive within about 2 business days. If you choose to pick up your prescription from your own pharmacy, your medication could be 3-4 times as expensive. Your pharmacy will also need to be part of the Surescript network of pharmacies. We use a preferred pharmacy network Lake Hills Pharmacy.

What happens if there's an emergency?

Please call 911 immediately.

Why do I need an account to sign up?

Just like visiting your regular physician…we like to get to know you. By creating your account, we are able to maintain your medical history and create that personalized visit but also you’re proving to us that you’re really you so we can safely deliver your prescriptions right to your doorstep.

How do I change my shipping address?

You can edit your shipping address by logging into your account, access your profile and make any changes.

What if I’m having website issues?

Is Nimbus covered by my insurance?

At this time, Nimbus does not accept insurance, but our services are less expensive than most peoples’ co-pays.

How much is the online doctor visit?

The cost can range from $15-$39. If your physician determines you are not a candidate, you will receive a refund for the full amount. We may offer promotional offers for a free online visit, start the online visit to see if you qualify.

Do you offer free unlimited doctor follow ups?

Yes you bet. We want to ensure your health is a priority and you fully understand how to use the product.

How much is the prescription medication?

The cost varies, the price is listed on the product page of the website. Prices at local pharmacies are often double the price, we keep our prices very competitive.

How quickly will a doctor review my history and prescribe medication?

Within one business day. If there is a delay, please contact us at support@nimbushealthcare.com so we are aware and can remedy the visit ASAP.

Does Nimbus allow you to cancel your subscription?

Yes, we offer convenient flexibility to cancel, pause, or delay your monthly subscription order.

Can I delay my next shipment?

You bet. Log into “My Account” account and adjust your order under the “Order and Subscriptions” tab.

Can I change the frequency of my orders?

Absolutely. Log into “My Account” account and adjust your order under the “Order and Subscriptions” tab. Please contact us at support@nimbushealthcare.com if you have any issues.

Can I order multiple months at one time?

Yes for select products only. Check the cart function to see if the product is available for a 90-day supply.

What is your return policy?

Unfortunately, prescriptions are non-returnable by law, but we may still be able to help. Contact our customer service team, and we’ll do our best to provide you with a solution.

Do you ship internationally?

No, not at this time.

Can I expedite shipping?

We offer 2-day express shipping. Unfortunately we do not offer next day delivery.

How do I track my order?

Once your evaluation is complete, a tracking number will be sent to you via email. If you have not received a tracking number please contact us at support@nimbushealthcare.com.

Do I need to be home to sign for the order?

We do not require a signature upon receipt.
